Skills:       5+yrs exp in developing Internet web browser based reporting
              applications using ColdFusion (MX) to access a Unix/Oracle
              8i database in a multi-developer, configuration controlled
              environment.
              2+yrs exp developing reports in Crystal Enterprise 10.
              Knowledge of Oracle databases and writing SQL code for
              querying.
              Understanding of relationships between tables.
              Knowledge in database concepts such as referential integrity
              and data normalization.
              Knowledge of the limitations and capabilities of computer
              systems.
              Skill in preparing technical documents of varying
              complexities for technical and non-technical audiences.
              Skill in establishing data automation standards and systems
              administration technologies.
              Skill in analyzing and interpreting agency organizations,
              business practices, policies and procedures.
              Ability to coordinate and evaluate the work of others and to
              explain abstract concepts and terms.
              ColdFusion exp should include FuseBox 4 methodology or
              later.
              Be familiar with data modeling, entity relationship
              diagrams, SQL, and Web page user interface design.
              Exp in data modeling using modeling tools such as
              AdvantageGen, Dezign, or any other agency approved modeling
              tool.
              Knowledge of SQL Loader and all applicable loader functions.
              Excellent communication skills, written and oral, with
              people of all technical levels.


Scope:        The client requires one(1) Programmer Analyst. Must develop
              Crystal Reports in Crystal Enterprise10. Must develop Web
              based applications in ColdFusion MX.
              Assesses user needs and develops System Requirements
              Specifications (SRS) and a System Design Document (SDD) to
              create ColdFusion code and to document functional and
              non-functional requirements of the system. Develop
              multi-user applications. Develop test plans. Produce module
              specifications, unit test requirements, and file-to-file
              conversions. Implement applications in complex environments.
              Develop detailed flowcharts, models, implements
              specifications, and performs modifications. Produce running
              program modules, which meet specifications. Outline, format,
              and produce detailed program documentation.
              Develop, maintain, and enhance Web applications. Communicate
              and work with people of all technical levels in a team
              environment. Provide user training on the newly developed
              interface. Write SQL statements for the joining tables and
              queries for Crystal Reports development in Crystal
              Enterprise 10 (CE 10). Assesses customer needs and develops
              requirements to create Crystal Reports in Crystal Enterprise
              10 (CE 10). Develop detailed internal documentation. Keep
              IR Project Manager(s) informed on issues and the status of
              work planned, complemented by submitting weekly status
              reports. Provide other reasonable Programmer Analyst
              services as necessary for the completion of the
              implementation and deployment of selected project(s).
