Skills: 15yrs of progressive information technology experience and
responsibility.
Proven experience in managing large, complex, systems
integration projects using n-tiered, web-based technology.
Proven track record in defining requirements, leading
systems integration activities and implementing complex
information systems.
Proven leadership in multiple leadership roles from
requirements analysis, project definition, team building,
budgeting and implementation.
Scope: Serves as overall Project Manager in application systems
integration effort to migrate applications presently
residing in the Mainframe environment to the Commission�s
Open Systems environment. Coordinates, develops and delivers
detailed project plans to achieve defined project
objectives. Works with staff and vendors, to design,
develop, test and implement all necessary program and
project components required to achieve defined objectives,
deliverables and timelines. Assists in developing reports
for external entities to address reporting requirements.
Assists in the development and delivery of presentations.
Assists in developing and coordinating weekly written status
reports detailing the prior weeks achievements, scheduled
tasks for the next week, identified risks, contingencies,
and providing an overall status reports of the systems
migration effort. Communicates and works with people of all
technical levels in a team environment. Provides other
reasonable Project Manager services as necessary for the
successful completion of the system migration efforts.
