Skills:       3-5 years relevant experience required, 6-8 years preferred.
              Thorough knowledge of PC usage. Excellent verbal and written
              communication skills. Specialized knowledge of functional
              area and/or government regulations.
              BS/BA degree required.
              Manage the maintenance, new development, new client/carrier
              implementation project plans for the Covantage Information
              Technology department. Gather requirements and estimates for
              projects, analyze the resources and prioritize tasks
              according to company business objectives, schedule
              resources.


Scope:        Performs moderately complex to advanced project management
              activities under limited supervision in assigned functional area
              to support continuous improvement and alignment with company
              strategies, goals and objectives using established policies,
              procedures and guidelines.
