Skills:       3+yrs  software  test  exp  preferably  testing
              applications  utilizing  Internet  Explorer,  Java,  JSP,
              HTML,  Linux,  Apache  and  Resin.
              3+yrs  exp  with  defect  tracking  tools  (e.g.  Bugzilla).
              1+yrs exp  with  MS  SQL  Analyzer.
              1+yrs exp  with  source  control  tools  and  change
              management  concepts.
              Excellent  troubleshooting  and  problem  solving  skills
              Strong  written  and  oral  communication  skills
              Knowledge  of  accounting  principles
              4-year  college  degree

              Successful  candidates  must  be  true  team  players.
              Must  also  be  a  self-motivated  individual  that  is
              capable  of  producing  high  quality  work  with  a
              minimum  of  hands-on  supervision,  and  able  to  adjust
              to  change  at  a  very  fast  pace.


Scope:        Working  on  our  Quality  Assurance  Team,  this
              individual  will  design,  plan,  develop  and  execute
              test  cases  designed  to  ensure  the  highest  level  of
              product  readiness  and  robustness.    In  addition,  this
              individual  will  be  required  to  understand  and
              implement  functional,  system,  performance  (stress  and
              volume),  black  box,  boundary,  load,  negative/error
              handling,  and  path  analysis  testing  on  the  web  site
              as  part  of  our  overall  release  cycle.

              Duties/Responsibilities:
              �Develop  written  test  plans  to  document  test  efforts.
              �Develop  a  customer-focused  knowledge  of  Payment
              Manager  to  guide  test  development  and  execution.
              �Execute  automated  and  manual  test  cases  to  ensure
              product  readiness  and  robustness.
              �Develop  test  methods  to  increase  test  efficiency  and
              coverage.
              �Work  closely  with  the  Development  and  Customer
              Services  Teams  to  resolve  software  defects  and
              enhance  the  testability  of  Payment  Manager.
              �Isolate  software  defects,  clearly  document  issues  and
              test  scenarios.
