Skills:       BS Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent
              combination of education and experience.
              Exp designing, configuring and implementing custom and
              packaged enterprise software applications (Java and .NET
              preferred).
              2+yrs pre-sales consulting experience in complex product or
              service offering. Communication skills; Ability to
              effectively communicate with customers on all levels.
              Strong presentation skills with emphasis on teaching
              technical topics. Excellent verbal and written communication
              skills.
              Teamwork: experienced and successful working with other
              engineers and sales professionals in a team selling
              environment.
              Strong planning, organization and time management skills.
              Excellent client relationship skills.
              Independence and ownership: Work with a minimum of direct
              supervision or guidance from others.
              Takes ownership for actions, seeks feedback and takes
              direction.
              Conceptual skills: able to perform in-depth systems
              analysis, recognize problems, and able to translate those
              problems into requirements and priorities.
              Knowledge of the key technologies (databases, application
              servers, rules engines, reporting, etc.)


Scope:        The Solutions Architect will have a solid sales background
              dealing with enterprise customers, and will define business
              applications support requirements for targeted accounts.
              Specific activities for the SA include but are not be
              limited to; developing and delivering presentations about
              consulting offerings, technology and solutions for accounts,
              trade shows and seminars.

              The Solutions Architect is also responsible for assisting in
              the closure of sales opportunities by working directly with
              the assigned sales personnel to develop and execute an
              account plan that meets both the requirements outline by the
              prospective customer and the sales objectives. This
              includes closing the opportunity in a timely manner and
              increasing the size of existing implementations through
              active account management. Experience providing solution &
              proposal development, develop solution options is required.

              Key activities include:
              Perform needs analysis and RFP/RFI responses.
              Providing pre and post-sales engineering support for key
              opportunities
              Specifying and designing candidate solutions
              Assisting with project implementation plans
              Level of effort estimates and resource requirements
