Skills:       3+yrs exp as a Database Developer with significant SQL 7.0
              and 2000 exp.
              Exp providing an assessment of the DB as to performance,
              scalability, and structure.
              Ability to develop, debug, test and troubleshoot queries,
              stored procedures and potential deadlocks.
              Exp creating and monitoring daily backups, maintenance jobs
              and daily SQL jobs.
              Solid background/experience with writing complex set-based
              queries, triggers, stored procedures, DTS.
              Exp and understanding of database design and integrity
              constraints.
              Proficient with SQL Query Analyzer, SQL Profiler and NT
              Performance monitor.
              Deep understanding of how the query engine works; how plans
              are created, how statistics are utilized, the impact of
              indexing.
              Exp optimizing and fine tuning SQL stored procedures for
              optimal runtime performance and multi-user concurrency.
              Exp backing up and recovering SQL Server databases.
              DBA experiences.
              MCDBA certification.
              Data Warehouse development skills and exp.
              Active Server Pages (ASP) and VB exp.
