Skills:       MS in EE or MS in Computer Engineering.
              5 to 10 years experience.
              Must be capable of architecting embedded-core ASIC products for
              high performance applications and hands-on experience with
              communications protocols.
              Must possess knowledge of ASIC issues and tradeoffs in
              Deep Sub-Micron process geometries.


Scope:        SoC systems architect with proven record of architecting
              high-performance SoC products. 5 to 10 years experience in
              architecting ASIC SoC's that utilize embedded microprocessor
              cores for high performance communications or high-speed
              networking applications. Candidate would be responsible for
              the creation, optimization, implementation and verification
              of architectures for cost- and power- sensitive
              applications.
