              Must have proven expertise in ASIC design and a firm grasp
              of all aspects of Deep Sub-micron design flow, including
              physical design.


Scope:        ASIC design engineer with proven record of working on high
              performance SoC products. 5 to 10 years experience designing
              ASICs for communications, networking or other high
              performance applications that use embedded cores. Responsible
              for architecture, micro-architecture and implementation of
              Digital ASIC functions all the way through physical design.
