              essential. Requires strong analytic background with emphasis
              on utilization of services in healthcare. Ability to
              collaborate with internal and external customers. Previous
              experience and demonstrated success in evaluation
              activities. Familiar with published utilization guidelines.
              Knowledge of statistical software (SPSS) required. Familiar
              with published utilization guidelines. Knowledge of
              statistical software (SPSS) required. Education and Typical
              Years of Experience:College degree in a related discipline
              is required. Healthcare, Medicaid experience is strongly
              preferred. SPSS software experience is required. Familiarity
              with utilization guidelines is preferred.
