Skills:       5yrs technical writing experience.
              1yr exp working with Joint Application Development or Rapid
              Application Development techniques as scribe or developing
              documentation resulting from those meetings.
              2yrs exp working with an analyst documenting the results of
              the project and creating work products for the project.
              Ability to conduct research: to compose, review, illustrate,
              and edit technical documents, materials, and reports; and
              to communicate effectively.
              Knowledge of the techniques and methods of planning,
              organizing, and writing various types of documents.


Scope:        Updating the existing Use Case and business requirements
              documentation and documenting the changes that are made to
              that document. Document the three (3) Commercial
              Off-the-shelf Software (COTS) applications identified that
              may be able to satisfy the business requirements. Document
              the criteria used and to what degree each of the three (3)
              COTS meet business requirements and the pros and cons of
              buying COTS versus building an application from scratch.
              Communicates and works with people of all technical levels
              in a team environment. Scribing for project meetings.
              Communicates and works with people of all technical levels
              in a team environment. Other reasonable Technical Writer
              services as necessary for the completion of the
              implementation and deployment of selected projects.
