              Audio and C++ driver dev. experience.
              Good understanding/experience with Windows WDM
              Can work well independently
              Can "hit the ground running" with little hand-holding other
              than source code.


Scope:        DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
              Develop/maintain WDM device drivers for new audio codecs.
              Develop/maintain HD Audio device drivers for new audio
              codecs. Develop/maintain low-level tools for testing and
              debugging. Develop/maintain sophisticated driver
              installation applications.
