Skills:       Prior exp with telecommunications, and data integration
              technologies and CTI based programming skills.
              Application programming competencies include  C#, XML, .NET,
              SQL, and Web Services with Delphi and speech recognition
              skills.
              2-3yrs in I/T applications development or supporting roles.


Scope:        Primary responsibilities include the development and support
              of integration technologies required by Dell�s contact
              centers, including but not limited to:   call allocation
              between call centers, automated integration between phone
              systems and agent applications on the desktop, back end
              integration for automated customer identification and call
              routing.    Position requires good
              interpersonal/communications skills and ability to
              effectively manage relationships with business partners, and
              other I/T based support groups. Analysis and programming
              occurs on several different platforms and languages
              including C#, .Net, SQL, Delphi, XML, proprietary middleware
              scripting/development, and Cisco-ICM.  Working knowledge of
              phone switch programming (Cisco-ICM and Avaya) are
              preferable.
