Skills:       Ability to design and implement systems necessary to
              collect, maintain, and analyze data.
              Background in statistics.
              Graphical experience and/or executive summary experience
              required.
              JUMP experience.
              3+ years of Excel/Access experience required
              Familiarity with Regression & Correlation analysis required
              Knowledge of research methodology, principles and
              procedures.
              Ability to prepare research reports and proposals.
              Ability to utilize statistical computer software.
              3+ years of SQL Experience
              Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in
              writing.
              Skill in the use of personal computers and related software
              applications.
              Ability to gather and analyze statistical data and generate
              reports
              Strong background in SAS, SQL and Access,
              Detailed-oriented (that is VERY important)
              Experience in putting together graphical executive summary
              presentations.
              Ability to represent numbers and analytics in graphical
              format.
              Communication skills are paramount, Analysis skills
              critical.
              Someone who has a Can-Do attitude!

              Employee must be flexible with work schedule.  Hours may
              flex during the week. There may be early morning
              meetings/later afternoon meetings due International business
              needs.


Scope:        Under general supervision, collects, evaluates, and prepares
              research and/or other complex statistical data for a
              specific call center segment. Prepares statistical and
              narrative reports and recommendations, and participates in
              the analysis and interpretation of data as appropriate.
              Develops, maintains, and ensures quality control of
              databases and may assist in development and implementation
              of measurement systems.

              DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
              Develops data collection instruments; develops and utilizes
              instruments and methods for the evaluation and quality
              control of research or operational data.
              Collects, analyzes, interprets, and summarizes data in
              preparation for generation of statistical and analytical
              reports. Maintains computerized collection and tracking of
              relevant data. Utilizes specified statistical software to
              analyze and interpret research data, as appropriate to the
              individual position. Maintains appropriate records of
              research methods and results. Designs and/or develops
              specific databases for collection, tracking, and reporting
              of research data, as appropriate to the position.
