Skills:       2+yrs exp performing ongoing support and testing of database
              systems using Microsoft Access and SQL.
              2+yrs exp assisting with the administration of a LAN using
              Windows 2000/2003 Server.
              2+yrs exp supporting Office 2000/2003 (Word, Access, Excel
              and PowerPoint), Outlook 2003, PIX Firewall, Norton
              Anti-virus v8.1 corporate, and Veritas Back-Up Exec v9.1.
              Exp installing, configuring, supporting and maintaining
              automation equipment (workstations, servers, printers,
              routers, and hubs).
              Ability to resolve technical issues and problems through
              troubleshooting measures.
              Knowledge and experience in training professional, technical
              and administrative employees on various technical matters.
              Exp assisting with hardware and software inventory control.
              Thorough knowledge of applications development life cycle
              methodology.
              Knowledge and experience in using software designed to
              trouble-shoot LAN operational problems.
              Ability to communicate technical information clearly and
              effectively, both orally and in writing.
              Ability to perform in a cooperative team environment.
              Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems.


Scope:        The client requires a Technical Support Specialist who meets
              the specifications and can provide the services as outlined
              in this document.  The Worker will be expected to analyze
              and solve complex technical problems, make strategic
              technical recommendations and effectively communicate
              technical material in a cooperative team environment.  The
              Worker will be expected to work on an �as needed� basis.

              Performing ongoing support of database systems using
              Microsoft Access and SQL.
              Writing and maintaining DOS-based batch files. Assisting
              with the administration of a LAN using Windows 2003 Server.
              Performing the installation, testing and ongoing support of
              Linux, Windows 2000 and 2003 servers and Windows 2003
              operating environments. Supporting Office 2003 (Word,
              Access, Excel and PowerPoint), Outlook 2003, PIX Firewall,
              Norton Anti-virus v8.1 corporate, and Veritas Back-Up Exec
              v9.1. Installing, configuring, supporting and maintaining
              automation equipment (workstations, servers, printers,
              routers, and hubs). Resolving technical issues and problems
              through troubleshooting measures. Training professional,
              technical and administrative employees on various technical
              matters, as needed. Assisting with hardware and software
              inventory control. Conversant with html code and ASP
              programming and Index server.
              Other reasonable Technical Support Specialist services as
              necessary to ensure that the tasks listed above can be
              performed successfully.
