              lifecycle principles and methodologies.
              Ability to work with Application Architect and Business
              Analyst to confirm and substantiate functional and technical
              designs
              Proficient experience in developing business systems using
              at least two of the following:  Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0,
              Microsoft VB.Net, CoolGen,  HP NonStop, C/C++, Business
              Objects, and/or SQL
              Good verbal and written communication skills
              Self-motivated
              Produce high-quality work; attention to detail
              Work individually and as a member of a team
              Follow direction, but can work without direct supervision
              Meet deadlines and work within budgetary constraints
              Positive attitude
              Eager to learn
              Willing to coach less experienced resources

Scope:        Performs key software development, maintenance, and testing
              activities for company systems per approved detailed
              technical designs and test plans.  Assists in analysis and
              design activities.  Provides on-call support for production
              systems.  Coaches less experienced employees.
