Skills:       Significant formal application development experience.
              Working knowledge of Medicaid.
              Working knowledge of claims processing.

Scope:        Performs critical and complex software development,
              maintenance, and testing activities for company systems per
              approved detailed technical designs and test plans.  As a
              senior technical resource, conducts work planning,
              responsible for work of less experienced team members, and
              seeks opportunities to coach.  Defines and enforces
              standards and reusable approaches.  Regularly participates
              in analysis and design activities, and frequently works with
              system users and stakeholders.  Provides on-call support
              for production systems often being an escalation point for
              critical and complex issues.
