Skills:       Business analyst experience in analysis, design and testing
              for application maintenance and/or development or
              significant functional expertise in Medicaid and/or other
              areas of focus.  This includes:
              Provider enrollment/relations
              Claims processing
              Eligibility determination
              Authorization processing
              Payment and financial processing
              PCCM
              Long Term Care services
              Data warehousing
              Project management experience
              Self-motivated
              Strong written and verbal communication skills.
              Ability to work directly with client and executive
              management.
              Ability to successfully work as a member of a team.
              Ability to follow required processes.
              Ability to escalate risks and issues to team lead.
              Ability to meet project deadlines in a fast-paced,
              multi-tasking environment.
              Ability to learn technical skills required for analysis,
              design, and testing, including SQL, Business Objects, FTP,
              MS Access, and basic HP NonStop commands.
              Ability and desire to continually learn new skills through
              formal training and on the job.
              Ability to mentor team members.

Scope:        Operates as a subject matter expert and performs analysis,
              design and testing for application systems.  Works directly
              with client to gather requirements and produces
              documentation required for requirements sign-off.  Documents
              conceptual designs, including use cases, user interfaces
              and report layouts.  Documents test cases, performs testing,
              and logs test defects/resolutions.  Performs some project
              management, requirements management, and test management as
              assigned by Supervisor and/or Business Solution Architect.
              Understands project objectives and how application supports
              business functions.
