              Capable of leading medium sized teams and projects that are

Scope:        Manages the day to day operations of a medium but typically
              complex project team responsible for the operation,
              maintenance, and/or development of company systems. Operates
              as a key subject matter expert for multiple business
              functions and supporting systems, and is a key participant
              in complex cross-function activities.  Manages and builds
              effective client relationships.  Optimizes team and unit
              performance through coaching activities, defining reusable
              approaches, and process excellence improvements.
