              Has a working knowledge of Non-Stop operating system tools

              Knowledge of the current C21, CMS, Med Needy and V21
              applications and their databases and associated processes
              would be highly beneficial.
              Good communication skills

Scope:        The NSK Database Administrator will work with the C21, CMS
              and Med Needy  Application teams, NSK System Administrators
              and other Operations� teams to manage the physical database
              structures, indexes, access methods and associated table
              statistics for all of the C21 Claims Engine, CMS, and Med
              Needy databases.  This would include all of the production,
              system testing and development environments.
