              proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet programs.
              Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
              Ability to successfully manage various internal projects
              concurrently, develop work plans and meet interim and final
              deadlines.
              Successful applicant must exhibit the ability to be a team
              player and work efficiently on multiple projects in a
              demanding work environment.

Scope:        The Performance Measurement Analyst (Operations) has
              supporting responsibility for the PMO reporting program.
              The PM Analyst reports to the Performance Measurement Lead
              and is expected to complete assigned tasks in support of
              meeting team goals. The PM Analyst-Ops has primary
              responsibility for compiling all agency Status Reports and
              submitting them to the company. The PM Analyst-Ops also
              works with Project Management Specialist - Operations to
              understand and address reporting needs. The PM Analyst-Ops
              works closely with the PM Analyst-Tech to understand the
              reporting process for Technology and serve as a backup, if
              necessary.
