              manual.
              Review client training requirements.
              Work with the SMEs to gather content and recommendations.
              Have knowledge of instructional design and standards and
              work with
              templates.
              Proficient in instructional design and development.
              Proficient MS Word using Word templates and styles,
              Powerpoint,
              Organization Skills, and Communication skills.

Scope:        The developer will work from a high-level deisgn document to
              develop participant & instructor guides, and activities for
              instructor-supported training. Resource should be detail
              oriented with ability to tolerate ambiguity and work in a
              fast-paced, complex, and high-visibility project.
