Responsible for the design, development, implementation and support of a major website using JSP. Primary responsibilities are for new development, maintenance and production support of the web pages.

Minimum 2 years experience developing JSP applications with STRUTS and XML a plus. Minimum 2 years experience working with SQL on an ORACLE platform. Experience working with Linux or Unix operating systems is required. Experience working with VB COM and ASP is preferred. Demonstrate strong communication skills (internal and external to the group). Demonstrate strong teamwork skills.

Strong object oriented design and development skills. JSP and Java in realtime applications. Strong problem solving skills. XML, UML, Perl, Linux, Unix, C++, VB COM, ASP, Windows 2000, IBM Websphere, IBM MQSeries, Jboss, STRUTS, VSS experience a plus.

The successful applicant has a strong work ethic and is comfortable working as a member of a cooperative team that maintains a high volume, highly visible transactional system. Additionally the applicant should have experience working on implementing requirements with business constituents and be able to succeed under tight deadlines on mission critical projects.
