I want to put bytes from file 1 to file 2

Example : a COM file    modify bytes of File 1, first byte modified a the
adresse 200h    with the bytes of file 1
The firt byte of file 1   go to  byte 201 of file 2


I can put a byte with a prticular value in file 2, but it is alwaws the same
byte !
But i prefer take the bytes of any file....
Sure, the problem is different !
 If somebody have an idea, it will be great !
