The Google Groups I am using does not show the word "beta" on the screen at any location. I searched for "beta" and it found the one instance in your post here.

I don't know if I'm using the new Google Groups or not, because it's the only one I've ever used, having only recently signed up to begin posting to CLAX and AOD again ... Don't know what happened to alt.lang.asm... used to have that one on here too. Odd.

Well, if Mr. Pemberton wrote it, then it's understandable that it still has bugs in it. LOL! :-)

Thanks, Nathan. And regardless of which version I'm using, it's clearly not working, so I will report it to them as a bug.

To be clear, Rod merely advised us that we were "giving away"
information that we shouldn't. All bugs (if any... /\/\oo/\/\) are mine.

Ouch...

Nathan was just giving me more credit than due to me, since I was the
individual encouraging them to remove private IPs. AIR, everyone here was
"flying blind" in regards to how NNTP works. Frank or Nathan must've
learned more than they cared for... ;-)
