Technical skills:
C++ programming, COM/DLLs, Peripheral device / serial / parallel port
programming, Windows MSI packages.

Design, Development and Support:
=95 Work with key team members to gather and interpret user/system
requirements into technical design specifications and test plans.
=95 Analyze, design, code, and, as required, test/fix software, systems,
or integration adapters
=95 Develop existing programs by analyzing and identifying areas for
improvement
=95 Provide application/technical support as needed
=95 Provide primary support toward installation of application releases
into production as directed

Process Execution and Improvement
=95 Problem-solve to meet the needs of the project
=95 Review and understand work plan
=95 Meet milestones and related effort/time commitments for assigned
deliverables and provide work status, including estimated-time-to-
complete (ETC) and actuals
=95 Anticipate, identify, track and resolve issues and risks affecting
the software or system
