Senior MS SQL DBA (operational)
Must have PROVEN proficiency in performance monitoring and tuning of SQL se=
rver.  Should understand all avenues of query, stored procedure modificatio=
ns for performance, index tuning, server configuration (hardware and softwa=
re), and scalability.  Should be a Microsoft Certified Database Administrat=
or (MCDBA). 7 years=92 experience (minimum).  Must have excellent communica=
tion skills as this will be a client facing role. Must be extremely methodo=
logical and analytical in diagnosing issues and providing recommendations =
=96 detail oriented.
