Good day!
I have NOAA satellite images in L1F format.
I search about it in Google, seems it like "raw" telemetry data.
How can convert these images to something else by IDL or ENVI (may be
another utilities) ?
How georeference these L1F images ?
Thanks

Hi,
I know this NOAA format.
It is used by SMIS laboratory in Russian Space Research Institute
http://www.iki.rssi.ru/eng/monitor.html
It is very much like noaa l1b, but I do not know if any conversion
tools.
I can share my homemade IDL code if you are interested.
