Java is a huge and diversified environment. "High level developer" means
precious zero. Why should anyone send you their resume on the sight unseen
basis?

At least he did not demand 10 years experience with XSD DOM.
He may be trying a bullshit filter to make it difficult for people to

This is what the job interview is for. Any unsubstantiated claims to fame
are easilty debunked then. For all I care, he may be trying to collect
developers' e-mail addresses for spamming.
