Are you using design pattern? And do you want to help me with my research 
project?
Ok � you only need two minutes � I made a little survey form (8 very short 
questions).
There are no mail address or other personal data questioned�

Just tried it.  Pressing the submit button gives an error:

 [ Error: Unable to open template
/usr/local/httpd/baseportal/kr/au/krauth/pattern_survey/pa_survey.htx.
Reasons: The specified template does not exist or you don't have the rights to
access it. Maybe you have just mistyped the name?

Solutions: 1. Correct the name. 2. Log into your private domain, choose the
appropriate template, click on 'Management' and change the rights settings. ]
