Convert Apache Webserver SSL certificates to Tomcat keystore

Hi,
I'm switching from a LAMP (PHP/Apache) application to a Java application 
   and I want to use my SSL certificates from the Apache Webserver for 
the Tomcat server. Tomcat requires the certificates in a java keystore. 
How can I convert my Apache certificates to a keystore. I have the key 
file, the .crt file (certificate) and the certificate from the CA.
Any idea? I don't want to buy the certificates another time.
