When I run a frame set locally I get the error
A Runtime Error has occurred.
Do you wish to Debug?
Line: 1
Error: Invalid character
Yes No
in IE 7 (and a similar one in IE 6). Clicking Yes or No both result in,
well, nothing. I've searched for the cause but I've been unsuccessful.
(Of course) the error doesn't appear in Firefox 2, Safari 3, Opera 9 or
Avant browsers. Is there a way to track down and fix this?

You've probably got a buggy install of the MS script debugger and/or
visual studio. (Re-)install the MS script debugger and proceed from
there.
