YUI! question
Hello,
I'm building an rich almost pure Javascript based application. I
currently use YUI for user interface and I need a functionality
similar to netvibes.com- particulary the dragging and dropping of
those windows.
In my application, those windows are subclassed panels, and I need
them to be draggable in a way, so they don't overlap with each other.
Also, those panels are dynamically extending, so they must kinda
"push" the panels which are located below them.
I now took a quick look at YUI documentation and I came across
OverlayManager. It looks like it's a good idea to subclass it, and
add the required functionality. But may be I'm thinking it wrong?
What would be your approaches? I'm open to any suggestions.
Best regards, Reinis
P.S. I already posted this message to YUI! forums, but nobody seems to
respond there.

They are all too busy debugging their bloated YUI drag and drop
applications. That's where to ask though. I doubt you will get much help
here.
