Lisp is now 13. Yeah, I know all the reasons why TIOBE can't really be
trusted, but at least it's a rough gauge of a language's popularity.

I can think of three reasons for the recent rise of Lisp: (1) the
relative decline of the more popular languages, (2) newer dialects
such as Clojure, or (3) that more people are actually using Lisp.
(Maybe (4) would be some sort of statistical fluke, but we really
can't talk about that.)

Anyone think that Lisp is actually gaining popularity, based on real-
world evidence?
