Centrino chipset driver

My netstumbler reports that
the signal strength is sufficient.

Yet the XP is busy spawning a
process AdHocWiz.exe and refusing
to connect to the AP.

Several rebooting didnt cure.

Does anyone experience similar
problem or seen some posting of
a kind?
