You can play first person shooters (counterstrike, ut2k3, castle
wolfenstein) and games like Dungeon Siege or Neverwinter Nights at very good
frame rates on this computer. Cheaper laptops with shared video memory can
not do this. The screen is high quality with great contrast and fast
refresh. DVD movies look great on it.

You can get cheap laptops with integrated video and plastic cases for cheap
these days - but this one is a lot nicer.

Its less than a year old. 2 years left on Future Shop (Best Buy Canada)
extended warranty (transferable). Many new laptops on come with 90 days now.

I am looking to trade for an Apple PowerBook or iBook or sell. I bought this
for $2499 last December + the 3 year warranty and taxes (a wee bit over
$3000). I would like to get $2000. I am somewhat negotiable.

I would prefer to sell it in Canada - the warranty is meaningless if I eBay
it into the states.
