Incredimail: empty mail body received

  • Follow

Hi folks,

I received a complaint from a user that my form mailer sends empty
mail bodies. I have tested it and found that my mailer seems fine. But
the user still gets empty mail bodies from the mailer. Other form
mailers work well.

I cannot find any error in the mails that are sent by my form mailer.
I even installed incredimail myself but I get the mail content without
problems.

Maybe some incredimail users can check this out.

The program is located at:
http://www.rent-a-tutor.com/tools/

under "form generator". You can create your own contact form and
install it on your webspace (must support PHP).

I suspect, it's a setting with incredimail that caused the problem,
but I cannot tell what it could be.

So, any help is appreciated.

Regards

Marian

Does it send HTML or plain text, if their email app strips HTML (like I have
mine do) they may see some blank messages.

<snip>

Is this just ONE recipient having the problem (of seeing blank
messages)? Have you asked that recipient if they have problems viewing
OTHER e-mails formatted using HTML? Have you asked the recipient to
re-register the inetcomm.dll file (which is often a cure for users that
claim to be seeing blank e-mails)?
