Cakewalk: Home Studio 2002 or Music Creator Pro24 2004

I'm new to midi and I'm looking for a program to use with my casio midi
keyboard. The 2 programs that I'm looking at are Cakewalk Home Studio 2002
or Music Creator Pro24 2004.
Is there much difference between these or is there a better program for
writing my own stuff?
Thanks.
Chris

For mainly Midi, probably Music Creator....however, when you say write, it
depends on how serious you are. If you expect to produce professional
looking scores, then you'll want to look at something along the lines of a
Sibelius. Of course, those programs that do midi sequencing the best are
poor at scores and those great at scores, are poor at midi sequencing. It's
like some perverse law of the universe.
