I use CakeWalk Sonar 3 Producer Edition, But The sound Doesnt work.

Not with the information you have supplied in this post. You'll have to be
more specific. Sonar doesn't make sounds. The sound card or midi devices on
your computer is what makes the sounds.  You might first try opening the
manual and reading the first few pages to see if you have everything
configured right. If not then there is no chance that you will ever get it
to work.
