Is there a way I can trick my PC into thinking it has MIDI.....I have
a integrated Realtek HD (drv 6.0.1.5730) and I can't see MIDI input. I
want to be record and play some MIDI in Cakewalk by placing notes on
staff with mouse pointer.
Thanks in advance

You can attached a midi in out loom to your printer port seriel . Go to my
computer, devices and add it as a midi port. It should then turn up as
a midi resource inthe options or properties menu of your sequencer.
