Hi,

Does anyone know how to send a midi drum sequence to a Boss DR-3 in order to
save it as a user rythm?
The manual is very unclear about it, if I follow the instructions, it does
not work.

The basic midi setup works. I can create a drum track in Guitar-Pro and play
it through the DR-3. The manual says I can record it into the DR-3 as a step
recording by selecting a user location like U001, press the Step Rec button
on the DR-3 and play the track in Guitar Pro. The track is played by the
DR-3 but nothing is recorded.  If I use the Real Time recording, the track
does get recorded but sounds hopelessly out of sync when played back,
probably because the speed in Guitar Pro doesn't match the speed in the DR-3
exactly.

Any thoughts anyone?
