I have a Roland MC-50 that is on its last legs. I have disc access
problems. What I would like to do is to transfer the sequenced files
on to my workstation. I have a USB-Midi adapter that allows me to
record the music to a program called Midisoft Studio 4.

The problem i am having is that the software records all 8 channels in
one track. I tried to confiugre the software to split into tracks but
to no avail.

Is there a better program or a way to program the Roland to play one
track at a time?

I have 40 floppies worth of files to transfer so you can imagine that
i would like a time saving solution.

Your help would be greatly appreciated.
