Walt might not of got this off the ground. HIs web page order blank does not
work, but gives this as the contact.
There is no evidence on the internet that such a product was ever sold, and
only mention of a prototype made, and plans to sell it in 2001.
But no dealers carried it then, or now.

There were at least a couple of versions marketed. The original
version was without midi, then they brought out a midi version some
time later. Norman Ives used to be the UK distributor and I believe
Suzuki had some involvement with the instrument. They do sometimes
come up for sale second-hand - I recall seeing a couple of ads for
them on Usenet in the last year or two. No sign of the new improved
version that was supposed to come out a couple of years ago.
I'm not sure that it is really accurate to describe it as a midi
"harmonica" as such. Although it was patterned after a chromatic
harmonica, it is monophonic and requires somewhat different playing
techniques. In my very limited experience with them, I felt they were
clumsy and overpriced. More promising is the ECH from Ron Shille, but
that doesn't seem to have progressed beyond the prototype stage.

I do know that even though its considered "dated" it is still highly
recommended and popular. There is a guy named Eddie Gordon who is supposed to
be considered an expert at it - so you can try this related link:

Actually there are a lot of websites about this particular kind of harmonica.
You might also want to do a search on Ebay to see if anyone is selling...
