Have used this for 20 years, I have a twin sister who doesn't, my skin looks bettter.
Have been usnig this for years. THis is the only moisturizer that I can use regularly and not break out.
Theis stuff is simply the best. Like whipped water on your skin, no grease, no smell.

Summation of complex exponential series
Is sum ( a x exp(-j*2*pi*a/N) for 0<= a <= N-1 equal to -1/[1-exp(-j2*pi/N)] ? How do you show this? need sql statement for complex address search
we have a database that stores addresses. the address number is stored in a field called MY_NUMBER. Now if the address has two numbers i.e. 12-345, then the 12 will be in a field called MY_PREFIX. I need to come up with 1 SQL statement (and it can't be PL/SQL) that will check if there's a hypen and if so, search in both the MY_PREFIX and MY_NUMBER fields. If there is no hyphen, then it should only search in the MY_NUMBER field. The reason it can't be a PL/SQL statement is because we are using an application that interfaces with oracle and that application will on...

Real vs. Complex
I have a question about real and complex numbers. I want to plot the phase and magnitude of a signal that will chirp in frequency from 10MHz to 30MHz. I really want to do more than this, but I think this can easily explain my problem. This can be done in Matlab with no problem, using a complex signal. However in the real world I don't have a complex value, just a real value sampled from an A/D. Is there anyway I can create a complex value from this signal by oversampling? I know there are techniques to do this if I sample at four times the input frequency, but the input frequency is c...

Complex
Hello, I've a problem with the complex numbers. I want to have the argument of sin(x)+i*cos(x) but the function argument() doesn't work. I've even try to calculate the argument of cos(x)+i*sin(x) (which is x) but I didn't succeed. I've done: p:=cos(x)+I*sin(x); argument(p); I have also try to convert p in polar like that : convert(p,polar) but that doesn't work. Thanks for you help PS: Sorry for my english, I'm french ! Complex Averaging
In some previous thread, it mentions that complexing averaging can be done by averaging the real and imaginary separately. I agree to that. However, I came across this mathematics journal and argues that the geometric mean is the better representation of the complex average. I'm somewhat confused and I can't find the hole or problem in the proof in their work either. http://faculty.sfasu.edu/robersonpamel/txcmj/MeansOfComplexNumbers.PDF I would like to clear up this issue. So is it the arithematic mean of the real and imaginary separately or is it the geometric mean? and why? w...

Re: Need advice on using a macro inside a data step array loop #15 668764
LZ, Suppose we suggest that SI offer a product called Base+, BaseDev, BaseBlueSky, VaporBase, PowerBase, UltraBase, Base666 or whatever those wild and crazy marketing folks "create" as a name for a"new" product which exists already, namely SAS/Base and SAS/AF. The "new" product can be created contractually no programming needed. Now the task is to build some plausible LP models to show how long it would take to triple current revenues from the SAS/AF product thus redeployed. The immediate question is: What should SI charge for the enhanced base product to min...

Problem reading very large data files: error 108: too complex for scilab, may be a too longcontrol instruction
I attempt to read a (very large) optimization problem (multicommodity linear/quadratic flow problem) obtained from a translator from a standard format to scilab. In the scilab file foo.sci I declare matrices and vectors as: c = [ 0 0 0 0 0 .. 0 0 120 60 0 .. 0 0 555 0 120 .. .... }; They can be very large, up to milions of elements per vector or matrix. Reading the foo.sci file by "exec("foo.sci")" from scilab, I get the message "error 108: too complex for scilab, may be a too longcontrol instruction". Is the size of vectors read fro...

It didn't seem like Microsoft Security Essentials was catching everything, so I downloaded a new copy of Ad-Aware. I'd used Ad-Aware in the past, but gave it up when it conflicted with MS-SE. It has a "compatibility mode" now, and it's been running over 15 hours, with who knows when it'll complete. It's found 27 things MS missed, so far. When it's done I'll install my fresh copy of SpyBot Search & Destroy and see what that comes up with... Nobody wrote: > It didn't seem like Microsoft Security Essentials was catching >...
