Cisco Expands Linux Desktop Use

  • Follow

Jul. 17, 2004

The Oakland Tribune reports that more of Cisco's 35,000 employees may use
Desktop Linux instead of Windows, according to CIO Brad Boston. While Cisco
engineers have long had a choice in desktop OS, this news could signal a
growing change in corporate America. Boston is quoted as saying that Cisco
has a "grass-roots Linux effort going on" and reportedly runs Linux on his
IBM laptop.

Recently, Symantec's CEO John Thompson publicly mulled a corporate-wide
deployment of Linux desktops. Linux makers Novell and IBM have also
announced major in-house desktop migration strategies.

Note the word "may".

Example: "One day, GNU/Linux may actually support my hardware. OTOH, it may
not."

HTH

Or: "One day, I'll be able to use Windows without rebooting, or AV, or
Firewalls. OTOH most likely I won't."

Do you see how fucked up your linux addled mind is, when
it is your attention span can't even keep up with the article
you posted not six hours ago? Even the example kindly
provided by S.Heenan went over your pointy little head.

You may now get fucking well run over and suffer a long
and painful death, you prized twat of an ADD victim.

Good to see that you've improved your grammer a bit. Nevertheless, you
still waste everyone's time (and a fair amount of bandwidth) with your
winfuck idiocy, which by the way, you use to defend other people who did
not asked to be defended.

As if they were to suddenly care about some pathetic, worthless fuckwit
begging for their affection.

Are you still in love with Kadachit Cunt... Is he giving you the attention
you crave?

                ^^^^^ Grammar you say BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!

Show where there is any defence displayed, not least, of you.

So, what about the allegations I levelled above about your
"linux addled mind" and just how fucked up it is, that you
embarrassingly snipped? Answer the allegations, dunderhead.
Focus now.

We don't care about you. But, like you cared enough to respond,
you mean? Perhaps it is you've already forgotten why you posted.

You're so easy... and even more so, angry. Hit me with it again,
go on, hit me harder this time, come on. <mind your monitor>

'/Who's/ /a/ /pretty/ /boy/ /then/'

I would have actually accepted you plagiarising someone
else's work in the absence of an original thought from you,
but instead, I've reduced you to mimicry.

You win, I lose. < happy now?
