Blackcomb or whatever? The only way I see MS surviving is if they move
to a *nix offering (with) outlook and office.
Having 'thou shalt not sue' is nothing new for MS, they've been stuffing
it in license agreements for years.

Why didn't they just kilck-thru a EULA? Then SUN could get $5 back when
MICROS~1 screws them.
