"I have same freeze problem. I have with lucid 10.04 original kernel and 
2.6.34 and 2.6.35 updates. Whith 2.6.35 freeze is less frequent. ( once 
a week random ). I only have ps2 keyboard, and have usb mouse. Only 
keyboard freeze, mouse is working fine. I tried with another keyboard 
also, but problem don't fix.

Some time when keyboard freeze, one key remains enchanted, like if i 
keep it pressed.
