KDT: April 6th?
Was it okay to have disappointing iPad sales in April?
Did any of you guys admit to this in April?
Have you bought an iPad or an iPhone yet?

There was nothing to admit to. So what do you think is more accurate,
standing outside a few Apple stores or waiting until Apple published
the official numbers at the end of the quarter.

I have a perfectly functioning device running iOS.....
Have you upgraded your TracPhone yet?

It's often useful to dig down to the original source. The WSJ
article is here:
SB10001424052702304017404575165621713345324.html#ixzz1A0mla1rS>
Particularly interesting was this statement:
"Estimates for global iPad sales this year ranged from 2.5 million by
financial-services firm Kaufman Bros. to as high as 7.1 million by
research firm iSuppli Corp."
According to Apple's October earning report, they had already sold
7.5M iPads as of 30 Sept 10...

KDT: There was nothing to admit to.
The Wall Street Journal found something to admit to.
KDT: So what do you think is more accurate,
standing outside a few Apple stores or waiting until Apple published
the official numbers at the end of the quarter.
MacDunce labels The Wall Street Journal "inaccurate!" Film at Eleven.

So, no, you haven't.
KDT: Have you upgraded your TracPhone yet?
Do you keep asking me about TracPhone to flaunt your stupidity?

So, if the WSJ "predicts" 2.5 million will be sold for all of 2010 and
Apple has sold 7.5 million before the last quarter of the year has
been counted -- that means Apple sold 300% more than the WSJ
predicted. Yeah I can see the smoke coming out of your ears, trying
to figure out percentages......
By definition, they are "inaccurate"
