From 1st principles?

ie. not like my dog, who can catch a ball, because it's instinct/trained,
but like being able to prograsm a computer to do it, because you've
analysed the process from 1st principles, let's see how to:
use <pipe-ing> to avoid generating temp-files to:
 show [and possibly save] contents of file X,
 which is actually in html format.

I.e. not like this:
  cp X x.htm
  lynx -dump x.htm
  rm x.htm

==TIA

You're spoiling your gunpowder to crows. It is again
one of Chris' side personalities (which I have already
lost count of).
