Why not just put in the install disk and find out?
btw, all this hardware looks pretty standard, I dont think Debian will have
a problem with it, or any other updated linux distro for that matter

Debian 3.0 is pretty outdated. It uses Kernel 2.2.20 and 2.4.18, and
XFree 4.1. There are however newer kernels available at
<http://www.backports.org> that will help you, as long as you are able
to install. There are also inofficial boot disk images using newer
kernels somewhere.

Maybe no DMA. You probably want to install using the 2.4.18 installation
kernel, which is not the default option. Read the instructions after
you boot.

You can use it with the VESA driver. The nv driver will not work. You
either have to upgrade to XFree 4.3, which is no included in Woody, or
install the closed-source driver from <http://www.nvidia.com>. That one
will also give you full 3D acceleration.

No problem.

No problem.

Debian Woody only supports hard disks up to 137 GB. Larger disks need
LBA48 addressing, which as far as I know was intodruced in Kernel
2.4.19 or later. You won't be able to install Woody in a disk bigger
than 137 GB using the included kernels. If you install on a smaller
disk, you can get a newer kernel and then use the other disks.
