I have a legacy application that is used to convert old drawings into
postscript for printing. I would like to be able to have users (who
are running a client python program) to be able to retreive these
converted drawings as they need them. I wrote a fairly simple server
application to do this; however it works _only_ if the vterm or xterm
console used to start the server app is still open.
It has become clear that the choking point is DOSEMU -- I cannot seem to
get it to run its conversion utility without the associated terminal,
even though no useful user I/O is occurring.
Any ideas on how to run DOSEMU without an open terminal? (currently
running dosemu-1.0.x). TIA!
